So, this week I had to learn the hard way not to try to get the fat off of frozen chicken! I was trying to get the chicken ready to go in the crock-pot and ended up with three stitches instead! Ouch. The whole getting the stitches part wasn't exactly fun either...can I just say "ouch!" (again!) Luckily, things are healing up nicely, and I get my stitches taken out tomorrow. I took the picture from kind of far to (hopefully) not gross anyone out, but this was my unfortunate mishap for the week!

You are so cute! When I happened to call while you were driving to the Dr. you were so calm and collect. When you called me after it was over you still made it seem like it was no big deal! NO WAY could I do that! I wouldn't have been as sain about it as you were!! As usual you amaze me! Can't wait to see you this weekend!
ouch! So sorry! I take it we should only do that when the chicken isn't frozen? I hope it doesn't leave a mark!
