Sledding

For New Year's we went to Rexburg, ID to visit Jason's family. It was so much fun. All of Jason's siblings and their families were there. My kids were in heaven playing with all of their cousins...in fact, I can vaguely remember even seeing my kids all weekend long because they were so busy playing with everyone. On New Year's Day, we went over to Jason's brother, Bob's, house. Bob drove the 4-wheeler with kids on the 4-wheeler as well as kids on a sled attached by a rope. Everyone had a lot of fun, but man was it COLD!
Here's Gavin playing with his cousins, Tyler and Hannah.

Gavin chasing after the sled. (The kids not on the sled would try to throw snowballs on the kids that were on the sled.)

Connor...loving every minute of being on this 4-wheeler. He LOVES 4-wheelers and begs for us to get one all the time. Unfortunately, he doesn't understand that those things cost a LOT of money and use a LOT of storage space that we don't have!

My nephew, Justin, fell out of the sled and just when he was about to get back on, Bob pushed on the gas and Justin fell over trying to get in the sled and held on for dear life! (That's one of Uncle Bob's favorite tricks to play on the kids!)

Connor only wanted to ride on the 4-wheeler, not the sled because earlier that day, Connor fell out of the sled and ate a face full of snow. OUCH! He was fine, but I think it scared him enough to not want to get back on the sled. Finally, Jason was able to convince him to take a ride with him, and Connor loved it.

Sorry about the whole face eating snow thing. Leave it to Uncle Travis to scared him for life.:)
