October General Conference

Twice a year we get to hear from our prophet and other leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We have a tradition now of setting up a tent for the kids to watch Conference just like the people in the Book of Mormon did...sat in their tents with the door facing the temple to listen to the prophet speak. It's become a really fun tradition for us. The kids always really look forward to it...along with the M&Ms Bingo and other coloring pages and crafts that go along with Conference. This year I was spoiled because Jason got the tent all set up for the kids and made breakfast while I slept in until 10:00 am...right when Conference starts. It was a really great day with the family :)
