Gavin's Fieldtrip to the Planetarium

I know this is a horrible picture...I forgot my camera! and my phone has a horrible camera on it. Oh well, I just wanted to blog about this so I don't forget it. I went with Gavin and his 3rd grade class to the Planetarium. We rode the bus, saw a movie in 3D called, "Born to be Wild" about baby elephants and monkeys that are being saved after poachers kill their moms. Then they're raised to go back into the wild. It was a really good film. Then we looked around the museum part of the planetarium, then we went into the actual dome to see a movie of different stars and the stories behind the stars and the Greek mythology. It was really fun to spend time with my biggest boy and enjoy lunch with him at the gateway before we all headed back to the bus and home.
